They said in an urgent appeal sent to the PIC on Wednesday that they have been suffering for the past few months on the border terminal and have been sleeping in the desert in the open. They said that out of their total number of 150 persons they group old people and women who suffer chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and heart ailments.
Many of the young men suffer from skin and other diseases, they said, adding that they did not have any medication except sedatives and other simple medicines.
They also said that many suffer malnutrition and scarcity of potable water, and appealed to human rights groups to end their ordeal.
They asked local and foreign media to shed light on their plight in a bid to solve their prob
"war crime" in Gaza....NOO!!.. saying so is "anti-semitism"!

0 comments Posted by Farfahinne at 1:01 PMEvery time the Egyptian authority says that it wants to control the border, a huge pressure comes from the mass, from bellow to put an end to such decision. clashes erupted yesterday between the Egyptian police and hundreds of Palestinians who were trying to get a permit to cross the egyptian border. after hours and hours and hours of waiting, finally they exploded in rage and tried to enter by force.

واستخدمت سلطات الأمن المصرية خراطيم المياه، وتبادلت الرشق بالحجارة مع المتظاهرين الغاضبين، بعدما أعلنت عن إغلاق المعبر من دون تحديد موعد آخر لفتحه.
وقال مصدر رسمي على المعبر، لـ«الأخبار»، إن ممارسات الجانب المصري وجدت صداها لدى المسافرين، الذين انفجروا غضباً للتعبير عن احتجاجهم على المماطلة المصرية وعرقلة الإجراءات، بينما اتهم كثيرون منهم «حماس» بالتواطؤ في التنسيق مع المصريين لتمكين أسماء محددة من السفر، في حين أن الواقع يشير إلى تنسيق مصري مع سلطة رام الله بعيداً عن سلطة غزة وحكومتها.
بدورها، أعلنت مصادر أمنية مصرية أن قوات الأمن منعت مئات الفلسطينيين من محاولة اقتحام معبر رفح الحدودي بين مصر وقطاع غزة. وقال مسؤول أمني إن ستة جنود مصريين جرحوا بعد إصابتهم بحجارة ألقى بها الفلسطينيون الغاضبون. وأضاف أن «مصر منعت دخول بعض الفلسطينيين من العالقين والمرضى إلى الجانب المصري من رفح لاختلاف أسمائهم عن القائمة التي اتُّفق عليها مع حركة حماس والسلطة الفلسطينية».
