Tarek Ali: Afghanistan to Pakistan: on the flightpath of American power

Tarek Ali, a writer and film maker, gave a fantastic talk yesterday on the war on Afghanistan and the so called war to "liberate women" from the extremist fundamentalist Islamic rule, although the US authority has conducted several secret talks with the Taliban. Ali said that since the war on Afghanistan started the percentage of rape and prostitution has significantly increased...u know, to "satisfy" the needs of the coalition army there.
